Just a quick and easy no bake energy bites tutorial to start off your Monday right!👍
I love this recipe because it’s so easy to just grab a bite and go!
Do not be fooled by the size of these power bites, they are so filling and easy to make with stuff you probably have around your house!
Let’s get started!
You will need:
~4 tbs of honey
~1/2 cup of Flaxseed
~2 cups of Oatmeal (Rolled Oats)
~3 tbs of Nutella (optional)
~3 tbs of Peanut Butter
~Raisins, nuts,chocolate chips, dried fruit whatever you’d prefer!
~1 cup of Shredded Coconut Flakes
Measure out all of your ingredients and mix them in a bowl. You can use a spatula or spoon but to be honest you’re going to have to roll up your sleeves and get your bear paws in there to really get it all incorporated!
Roll your mixture into golf size balls and sprinkle the coconut flakes on top of them. If you see your mixture is still crumbling add more honey/peanut butter. Since I prefer the taste of honey I usually add more honey instead of peanut butter!
And now you’re done! Super fast and great to take when you’re going hiking / working out!
